1. 30-day money-back guarantee

You can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason — including simply changing your mind. This applies to monthly and yearly PRO subscriptions as well as one-off purchases.

EU and UK consumers additionally keep their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services; our 30-day guarantee is more generous and applies on top of it.

2. How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles customer service inquiries and returns.

Request a refund at https://paddle.net using the email address you used to buy, or find the link in your Paddle receipt email.

You can also write to us at hello@masterpoolai.com with your order details and we will arrange the refund with Paddle for you.

3. Processing and renewals

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

You can cancel PRO at any time to stop future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period. If a renewal charged you unexpectedly, contact us or Paddle within the 30-day window and we will refund it.
