1. Who we are

MASTER POOL AI is a trading name of Pool Master AI LLC (John Liceaga), a limited liability company, and is the seller you contract with when you use the app. MASTER POOL AI is an educational pool and billiards platform operated from Spain. You can reach us at any time at hello@masterpoolai.com — we answer every message.

2. Accounts

You need an account to play online, join clubs, book tables and use the AI coaching tools. You must be at least 16 years old, give accurate details and keep your credentials safe.

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else is using it.

3. PRO subscriptions

The app is free to use with a basic feature set, including one AI photo analysis per day. The AI tools, the AI simulator and the Spots community are part of PRO at €2.99 per month, with discounted yearly plans and referral discounts. Prices always include applicable VAT and sales taxes where required.

Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. EU consumers keep their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services unless they ask us to start immediately and expressly waive it.

3a. Payments, invoices and our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms, which apply in addition to these Terms. We never see or store your card details.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy: a 30-day money-back guarantee. Requests are handled by Paddle at paddle.net, or write to hello@masterpoolai.com and we will help.

4. Community rules

Master Pool AI is a friendly, family-safe community. Do not post offensive, sexual, hateful, violent or misleading content, do not harass other members, do not advertise or scam, and do not impersonate anyone.

Profile pictures, review photos and venue applications are screened automatically before publication, and members can report profiles or content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Spots, bookings and clubs

Venues (“spots”) are added by members or hosts. Some are public places, others are private tables that only accept a booking with the host's approval.

MASTER POOL AI verifies applications with automated checks but is not the operator of any venue: bookings are an agreement between you and the host. Turn up on time, respect the venue's rules, and cancel or move your booking in the app if your plans change.

Clubs, challenges, prize draws and virtual prizes are for entertainment only. Virtual prizes have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. AI features

Shot analysis, coaching tips and safety screening are produced by AI models and are educational suggestions, not guarantees. Always use your own judgement, and never rely on the app for anything safety-critical.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, reviews and messages you publish, and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display them inside the app so the community can see them. You can delete your content at any time.

8. Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by Spanish and EU law we are not liable for indirect damages, for what happens at a venue, or for the behaviour of other members. Nothing here limits your mandatory consumer rights.

9. Changes, termination and law

We may update these Terms; we will announce material changes in the app. You can close your account at any time, and we may suspend accounts that break the rules.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law, with the courts of the user's place of residence competent for consumers. Questions or complaints: hello@masterpoolai.com.
